Day 67 of Wonder

Three contrasting energies. The temporary, the ancient and the rejuvenated. Remaining snow from the day before hugs the base of this forest dwelling tree whose bark is reminiscent of elephant skin. Swaddling the trunk is a green carpet of moss slowly spreading its influence. No matter where you look, there is always something new, something changing and something ageless.
