Day 118 of Wonder

As I was walking past I was captivated by the gorgeous contrast between these delicate new leaves and their bolder and larger neighbours. What I didn't see was the amazing detail until I got home and uploaded this photo. The leaves are covered with a fine hair like structure. In moments like these I lament my total lack of horticultural background. I'm driven by the visual and sensual rather than the naming of. Does anyone recognise this plant?
