Day 121 of Wonder

There I am, caught up in the fantasy of a medieval festival at one of my favourite local castles, Stettenfels, and I take photographs of these tiny purple flowers. Instead of these images, I could have shown some of the amazing craft and artisan work on display and being created, the wonderful costumes people wore, the beautiful hand-crafted jewellery, the mock tourneys and battles being presented. But no, what captures my eye for today's moment of wonder are these tiny purple flowers. It was a day of sensory pleasure from a different perspective but I simply can't resist nature.
