Day 161 of Wonder

Green, green and still more green. And then I saw this gorgeous blue reflecting the sky. The forest today seemed especially vibrant and peaceful. A strange mix that washed over me in waves. Distant howling wolves, busy birds and stray deer are but the few activities that filled out the empty spaces. And yet when I stopped to breath it all in, I felt the wonder of peace and stillness. This pond feels like a wonderful reflection of that juxtaposition.
