Day 171 of Wonder

A walk in the vineyards and it's the scattered wild roses that caught my attention. Admittedly I was on a mission with my new DSLR camera that I purchased after selling a tonne of stuff on Ebay. My mission is simply to get used to working with it and I took lots of random shots. It was the bumble bee busy at work on the wild roses that kept me in place for several minutes. I just love the delicacy of the wings on these impossibly evolved bees. How they keep afloat and move around is a mystery. But that's also my mission. To capture the every day wonder in our every day lives.
