Day 180 of Wonder
We were chased inside eventually by this amazing downpour that swept across the area. This beautifully painted circus wagon was positioned opposite us and was the perfect backdrop to these monstrous drops of rain plunging down towards the ground and jumping up to meet their kindred. Despite the cooler air, we felt cosy and warm cloistered inside our little shepherds wagon. The novelty of the small space made everything feel that much more magical. If you love the idea of camping, the simplicity of it, the closeness to nature, then I highly recommend this variation. Some call it Glamping, and in comparison to camping, it definitely has more glamour, but it's not glamorous. Just wonderfully simple and connected to nature and dry. Details of where we stayed are noted in Day 179 of Wonder.
