Day 221 of Wonder

This sunflower just seems impossibly big. A seed blown by the wind or dropped by a passing bird, has found fertile soil, taken hold and produced this lone cluster of sunflowers in a field of rooted vegetables. Against a stunning blue sky, with its face towards the morning sun, it is really quite stunning. A mysterious and wonderful flower.
